We are an integrative psychiatry practice and provide medication management through the use of both traditional psychotropics and evidence-based holistic treatment methods. Through our collaboration together, we help you achieve optimal health and wellness by making medication and supplement recommendations, setting realistic and achievable goals, providing lifestyle support, and using mindfulness techniques to guide you towards lasting positive change.
Meet Our Team
RACHEL ORTIZ
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C
Rachel is a board certified nurse practitioner, dual licensed and experienced in both family practice and psychiatric and mental health nursing. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Masters of Science in Nursing in 2018 and believes in a holistic approach to treatment, seeking to understand and support the interplay among mind, body, and spirit. Rachel specializes in working with individuals with ADHD, and has completed advanced training in the assessment and treatment of ADHD using both pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic approaches. She earned certification as an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). Having ADHD herself, Rachel is passionate about helping other adults build strategies to thrive in their careers and relationships and celebrate their neurodiversity.

Our office is conveniently located in Brentwood, TN, easily accessible to Davidson and Williamson counties. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – we’ve got you covered with Telehealth! Our telehealth services are available to individuals living in Tennessee and Maryland.
